We are expanding our team and seeking driven sales professionals, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team. Our brokers are home-based and must be able to work Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

• Sales experience

• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Prior business ownership experience
• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment with high-income potential
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Above-average communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to bounce back from rejection and solve problems creatively
• Has a passion for learning
• Experience in the landscape industry (not required but is a plus)
• Degree in business or related discipline (not required but is a plus)
• Real Estate License (required in FL)
